About the role and key responsibilities

The main purpose of the role is to act as a leader in developing and promoting the best solutions to achieve client satisfaction and added value, maximising the profitability for Carbon60. You will be responsible for delivery of all elements of a Carbon60 corporate solutions, ensuring SLA/KPIs and contractual obligations are met/exceeded as well as ensuring positive satisfaction levels from both client and candidates.

You will also ensure that all clients, candidates, and colleagues receive an experience in line with the Carbon60 vision, which is to become the most trusted and respected global provider, partner, and developer of people in the Technical area. We will achieve this vision by consistently developing trust partnerships through our expertise and delivery of our promises. To that extent, your responsibilities will be to:

  • Devise and undertake candidate attraction campaigns
  • Understand and provide full PAYE and Ltd Co payroll processes to workers
  • Prepare and accurately present statistics, plans and achievements as specified SLA/KPI’s in the client framework agreement, including designing a reporting format to suit client needs
  • Ensure the production and delivery of detailed process manuals for all interested parties (suppliers, contractors, hiring managers etc), appropriately branded and approved
  • Regularly collate and advise the client of market intelligence including rate-card bench marking
  • Ensure compliance against relevant regulations
  • Provide initiatives against cost saving suggestions for client
  • Provide project plans to client showing added value initiatives
  • Utilise and manage data monitoring systems (Evolution, manual recording and/or client’s systems)
  • Ensure optimisation and streamlining of administrative management of client’s processes
  • Reporting suite delivery/enhancement to client and head office
  • Measurable risk management and communication management
  • Provide continual legislative advice to client

You will also be responsible for recruitment, team management, leading and motivating your team, ensuring that they are appropriately trained, in accordance with requirements and expectations as well as potential. Your role will be to mentor and develop people to be the best they can be. You will deal with all day-to day duties, such as 121s where you will identify if the objectives and targets are understood and worked towards. This is a very important part of the role as Carbon60 are Investor in People and we believe that supporting our team is paramount to our success.

About you:

You will be a highly skilled and experienced professional with experience in dealing with multiple campaigns and relocating them to various locations. Ideally you will come from a Optic Fibre, Construction or Telecommunications background.

  • Knowledgeable about and measure performance against specified SLA/KPIs in the client framework agreement and improve delivery where necessary.

  • Able to work well under pressure and in high volume environments with monthly and quarterly KPIs
