Key Responsibilities

  • To deliver high quality training to all new and existing Healthcare employees
  • To develop and implement learning strategies and programs
  • To support managers in the develop of their team members
  • To act as the go to within the business for anyone with questions or queries regarding training and development plans
  • To work closely with various managers across the organisation and having a full understanding of their units and training requirements
  • To embracing different styles of training techniques, including e-learning, tutorial sessions or coaching
  • To build and maintain relationships with 3rd party training providers
  • To arrange 3rd party training

Professional and Personal Competencies/Qualifications

  • Experience in management, development, and talent training
  • Building relationships with external suppliers and stake holders
  • Qualified to degree, CIPD or CTP level, or equivalent
  • Confident in both written and spoken communication with the ability to present to large audiences
  • Organisational skills
  • Proven experience as an L&D Manager, Training Manager or similar
  • Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
  • Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
