We are looking for a Training & Development Administrator to join our team. You will be responsible for identifying staff training and development needs. You will be expected to liaise with Management to plan, organise, monitor and oversee appropriate training.
The successful applicant will need to have experience in the care sector and have the following qualities to apply for the position:
Possess excellent communication skills, to liaise with Manager/Deputy Manager, Training Providers and work force.
Possess excellent computer skills to be able to record any data onto our electronic systems, email Training Providers / Trainees etc.
Be able to supervise and mentor any new staff joining the team. You will be required to assist with competencies and to ensure the evidence and filed in personnel files.
You will be required to be flexible with your shift pattern (days & working hours).
Part-time hours: 16 per week
