The Training and Compliance Manager will manage and lead the training operation for a specific customer, ensuring all areas of Training and accreditation compliance are met alongside delivering an outstanding experience throughout the learning journey


As the Training and Compliance Manager you will deliver this by
:

  • Conducting effective learning needs analysis and liaising with the Securitas Academy team to establish requirements and ensure delivery
  • To be the central point of contact for the training and development needs for the Customer within Securitas UK
  • Delivery of learning through various learning channels
  • Development of training programmes to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders
  • Maintain an understanding of new educational and training techniques and methods
  • Perform the role of the Account Manager during their absence as and when required

How you will make an impact as a Training & Compliance Manager:

  • Identify and implement, using consistent existing models where appropriate, a training needs analysis process for the customer which identifies key learning interventions
  • Utilise the Securitas internal learning and development structure and key tools to ensure consistency of process and application, across the learning cycle
  • Own the development agenda for the Customer across all portfolio sites
  • Feeding training delivery requirements and SO implementation needs into the Training delivery Account Programme for action
  • Be a point of contact within Securitas for all Customer specific training matters
  • Ensure all PDP and review cycles are up to date and deployed effectively across all sites
  • Ensures all site Management teams are bought-into these development teams and are supported to use these effectively with their teams
  • Support site management teams to effectively use the competency framework and adopt a coaching approach with their teams
  • Develop strong relationship with the Securitas Training operations team and works closely with the Academy Resource Manager to forward plan training activity and prioritise requirements effectively
  • Establish and nurture effective and trusting stakeholder relationships within the Client environment
  • Be credible source of information and knowledge for clients site(s) training and development requirements

  • Level 3 Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector (PTLLS) or equivalent (e.g. Level 3 Certificate in Delivering Learning, Level 3 Award in Education and Training)
  • DV Clearance

Desirable Skills

  • Experience of large-scale Training operations
  • Security industry or educational environment experience
  • Data Centre Security knowledge
