Our Ripon based client, a leader in their industry is currently looking for a Training Administrator to join their team on a full time, permanent basis!


You will be working as part of the Training Success department to support their customers with all elements of the training process, reporting into the Manager you will be an integral part of the team.


Your daily duties will include:


  • Being the first point of contact to welcome new customers to the training academy, taking their details and going through the sign up process.
  • Provide Trainees with accurate Information throughout their Training Journey and dealing with any queries in relation to their program
  • Schedule training with the customers and fully booking the scheduled courses
  • Respond to all enquiries about new trainees over the phone and email, being proactive and contacting these as efficiently as possible. Dealing with any queries they may have.
  • Following the completion of training you will refer the customer to the Sales Manager for the next process.

For this role you will have excellent communication skills and be confident liaising with individuals over the phone. You will have an eye for detail and will be accurate when processing data.


In return, our client is offering a salary of £23.5k with hours Monday – Friday 8.30am – 5.30pm.
