Mission and Main Objectives:

  • Administrative support required to support delivery of Learning & Development operations at NMUK.

Outline and Responsibilities:

  • Support L&D AO with coordinating and planning internal and external training programmes
  • Liaise with NMUK Training Controllers to support the delivery of training courses
  • Producing L&D reports to support queries as and when required
  • Supporting cost / budget activities as and when required
  • Work with external training providers to support smooth delivery of training courses
  • Act as a point of contact for L&D queries across site

Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Excellent communication and team-working skills with the confidence to work cross functionally
  • Ability to work proactively and to prioritise workload proficiently, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Creative with the ability to think outside of the box and work with continuous improvement in mind
  • Experience of working in a HR Environment and the ability to demonstrate managing a wide variety of projects (desirable)
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced organisation and keep the customer at the forefront of everything we do
  • High level of drive and energy with desire to focus on continuous professional development
  • Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
