Mission and Main Objectives:
- Administrative support required to support delivery of Learning & Development operations at NMUK.
Outline and Responsibilities:
- Support L&D AO with coordinating and planning internal and external training programmes
- Liaise with NMUK Training Controllers to support the delivery of training courses
- Producing L&D reports to support queries as and when required
- Supporting cost / budget activities as and when required
- Work with external training providers to support smooth delivery of training courses
- Act as a point of contact for L&D queries across site
Experience and Qualifications Required:
- Excellent communication and team-working skills with the confidence to work cross functionally
- Ability to work proactively and to prioritise workload proficiently, whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Creative with the ability to think outside of the box and work with continuous improvement in mind
- Experience of working in a HR Environment and the ability to demonstrate managing a wide variety of projects (desirable)
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced organisation and keep the customer at the forefront of everything we do
- High level of drive and energy with desire to focus on continuous professional development
- Excellent working knowledge of MS Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word)
