Mission and Main Objectives:

  • To see through a wide range of process related projects from technical quality concerns to new product launch
  • Coordinating with Production, Suppliers, Design, Manufacturing, Purchasing, QA, and NML support departments, you’ll work cross functionally to deliver key engineering strategies and objectives

  • Outline and Responsibilities:

  • Manage day to day QCT concerns to ensure rapid closure
  • Co-ordinate the introduction of key changes to the manufacturing process
  • Provide technical support for manufacturing operations
  • Work cross functionally with other departments to drive improvements
  • Apply problems solving tools to a variety of casting issues
  • Ability to manage own workload effectively

  • Experience and Qualifications Required:

  • Degree or equivalent in an Engineering discipline
  • Experience of process engineering in aluminium casting process
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills
  • The ability to present ideas or plans and communicate them effectively with staff at all levels
  • Practical problem solving and communication skills are absolutely essential.
  • Planning, schedule control & project management
  • Ability to lead and work as part of a cross functional team
