The RoleTo support clients and colleagues with technical use of our online risk management tool, xCenta.Ensure xCenta business critical tasks are completed.To provide business support to PIB Risk Management in order to contribute to the successful delivery of xCenta related services.To ensure systems and procedures are followed, maintained and to contribute to the development of new systems and procedures in order to increase efficiency.Responsibilities
  • Provide efficient and timely technical assistance in relation to use of the xCenta online risk management system (for clients and internal PIB RM colleagues).
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times
  • Deliver xCenta training for clients and / or colleagues by various mediums (where required), e.g., face to face training or virtual.
  • Utilise the Freshdesk system to log and track all client tickets, responding to tickets within SLA parameters.
  • Ensure all client interaction emails are filed in the Freshdesk platform.
  • Update xCenta user manuals as required.
  • Build / create e Learning courses and other content as required / directed.
  • General xCenta housekeeping as required, e.g. cleansing or updating of forms / content.
  • Thoroughly testing new xCenta functionality prior to release updates.
  • Keep up to date with all new xCenta developments and system enhancements.
  • Ensure all HSE information and guidance links are up to date (monthly check to ensure links are still valid).
  • Downloading, maintenance, collation, and production of statistical data where appropriate.
  • To contribute ideas to ensure future developments are simplistic and intuitive to use.
