Due to continued expansion, we are now recruiting for a Trainee CCTVEngineer. An energetic company with a finely tuned sense of responsibility and a wealth of experience in the supply and support of CCTV, Wholesale Line Rentals, Network Call Minutes and communications platforms ranging from traditional telephone systems to fully SIP and IP voice and data installations.

Responsibilities and Duties

Provide support to customers via telephone and email.

Diagnose customers’ problems.

Answer customer queries.

Report and track faults through our suppliers.

Keep customers up to date at all times.

Remote Diagnostics

Installation and Commissioning of CCTV Systems.

Servicing and repairing of CCTV systems

Qualifications and Skills
