As part of our continued expansion, Sirus are recruiting for an IT & Telecommunications Engineer.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide support to customers via telephone and email
  • Diagnose customers’ problems
  • Answer customer queries
  • Report and track faults through our wholesale suppliers
  • Keep customers up to date at all times
  • Remote diagnostics
  • Installation and Commissioning of hosted telephony systems
