Kepak St Merryn are recruiting a number of trainee butchers in their Merthyr site, in South Wales.

The trainee butcher role will act as a pathway into being a butcher, to develop a solid career in the industry and will help create a pool of talented and enthusiatic employees.

You will be under the guidance of the trainee head for a specific department where they will go through the role and teach you how to do the different butchery tasks.
