Want to be a Bus Driver? - training provided in order to become a qualified bus driver

Our client are one of the biggest transport companies in Europe. They are recruiting PCV Bus Drivers in the Yorkshire areas, including Castleford, Heckmondwike, Selby and Wakefield.
  • You will need to be a minimum of 18 years of age (DVLA Regulations)
  • Driving License Holder for a minimum of 12 months, with 6 points or less on your driving license.
  • You will need to be passed fit for a PCV medical with no unspent drink driving convictions.
PCV holders start on £10.84 per hour rising to £13.20 per hour after 6 months service (provided PCV Licence is held for more than 3 years).

Our client offers a guaranteed minimum of 36 hours per week, working 5 out of 7 days. This will include weekend work (averaging 1 weekend off in 4)

Rota options, depending on location are:
  • 4 days / 36 hour
  • 5 days / 42 hours
  • part time
  • splits - 36 hours over 5 days
You will receive 20 days holiday plus statutory Bank Holidays in your first year of service, rising to 25 days plus Bank Holidays after 12 months.
