We have a great new job opportunity for a Trainee Accounts Receivable Controller to join our busy Credit control team in Long Eaton

What you will be doing



  • Working closely with the wider credit control team and reporting to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor to ensure all cash allocations, invoicing routines, and AR administrative tasks are efficiently and accurately completed

  • Under guidance, process new customer account requests, ensuring all necessary audit

  • Suggest and participate in process improvements, only changing processes where authorised

  • With full training given and no experience in Accounts necessary this would be the ideal starting point for someone wanting to train and develop in the Accounts Receivable role


Do you have what it takes



  • Ideally you’ll have some experience of using Microsoft Excel and the ability to learn how to use other IT systems

  • You will have a positive attitude, good interpersonal skills and wish to take responsibility for the quality of customer service provided

  • You will have good attention to detail and take pride in producing good quality work

  • Willingness to learn and develop your own skills
