We have a pivotal role for a Trading Director to help us drive the commercial performance of our Market leading Bet products!

We are looking for someone with outstanding leadership capability who has delivered at a consistently high level in a similar role who can play a key role in shaping our innovative and ambitious roadmap in 2021 and beyond!

What you’ll do

Reporting to the Managing Director – Sports, the Trading Director will sit on the Bet Tribe Leadership team. Leading a Trading function of 150 colleagues and the end-to-end lifecycle of every event, ensuring we give every customer what they want, when they want it.

Through deep understanding of our customers’ motivations and business needs, the role will own the long term strategy and vision for Trading. Ensuring we continue to strengthen our betting proposition that current and potential customers are excited by and can trust.

Considering our position in a very competitive market, this role will manage the implementation and restating of different pricing strategies for various products. Responsible for gross and net actual & expected margin %.

With a dotted reporting line into Flutter’s Chief Trading Officer, the Trading Director will sit as part of the Global Trading Leadership Team to ensure that Sky Bet are contributing to and benefitting from the expertise of this team.
