Job Responsibilities:

  • Achieve business objectives and sales targets for assigned territories, including Manchester and London.
  • Oversee daily operations, manage budgets, and ensure overall brand compliance with market distribution, pricing strategies, and protection against counterfeit products.
  • Support and lead the team in formulating effective sales strategies and setting corporate goals.
  • Cultivate and expand relationships with existing customers, consistently proposing solutions that align with their objectives.
  • Ensure all products and services adhere to regulatory standards and quality assurances.
  • Maintain rigorous company standards and operational procedures across all activities.
  • Tackle ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management, contributing to company-wide initiatives and projects.

Job Requirements:

  • Willing to work at Manchester, and/or London.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in sales and distributor management, with a strong preference for candidates from the vaping, tobacco, FMCG, or smartphone industries.
  • Proven track record in FMCG sales, particularly with off-trade channel wholesale clients and key accounts.
  • Fluency in English required; proficiency in Urdu or Hindi is highly advantageous.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, coupled with outstanding leadership and decision-making capabilities.
  • Ability to multitask and perform effectively under pressure.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and professional business negotiation skills.
