Key Responsibilities Include
  • Managing and updating the trademarks database, including generating reports for clients
  • Filing and prosecuting trademark applications
  • Liaising with overseas counsels
  • Account administration including updating clients on the status of applications
  • Undertaking research tasks
  • Drafting, reviewing and advising on standard documents under supervision
Required Skills And Qualifications Include
  • Highly motivated, proactive and organised
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to assimilate and manage large volumes of data
  • A graduate in any discipline with an interest in law; or
  • LLB/CPE graduate; or
  • LPC/BPTC graduate; or
  • CILEX associate/graduate; or
  • Previous experience working as a trademark paralegal or manager
