About the Role

The primary role of the TMM is to build strong relationships with retailers to support marketing comms and sales of Hisense.

  • Work closely with Account Managers and Customer Marketing & Commercial teams to develop a trade marketing plan to elevate brand awareness and increase sales.
  • Oversee day-to-day execution with selected retail accounts to maintain and optimize product listings and brand presentation to enhance the online/offline shopper experience across the retail environment. Regular auditing of product pages to ensure content is best optimized and accurate.
  • Execute promotional activities and sponsorship campaigns (e.g. Womens Euro 2022 and FIFA World Cup 2022) across channels to support the sales promotional plan.
  • Work alongside Product Marketing & Product Management functions to deliver seamless product launches across retail channels including the provision of assets, product messaging and channel exposure.
  • Present marketing plans and regular brand updates to customer marketing & commercial teams, aligned to the overall marketing strategy
  • Brief and manage external creative and design agencies to deliver marketing, communication and POS materials.
  • Meet and deliver training requirements of the accounts, ensuring retail colleagues are motivated and well-informed on the brand and its products.
  • Organise and coordinate trade events to meet the needs of accounts.
  • Conduct regular audits of the channel, category, and competitor activity to advise future decisions.
  • Gain a thorough knowledge of Hisense’s product range across multiple categories.
  • Brand ambassador for Hisense products and putting the customer and end users at the heart of all marketing communications.
  • Analytical focus on measuring marketing’s impact, ROI and ability to synthesis findings.
  • Provide robust dashboard reporting and insights on all marketing activity for internal stakeholders.
  • Budget management and the ability to track annual spend and scrutinise campaign costs.
  • Administrative understanding of invoice processing and budget management.
  • Keep in touch with current market trends across the CE industry.

Skills & Qualification

  • Solid 5 years marketing experience with a well-rounded approach to multiple disciplines (Brand, Retail, Product, Digital Marketing).
  • Educated to degree level or equivalent
  • A background in consumer marketing and brand management. Experience within consumer electronics or home appliance retailing is desirable.
  • Exceptional project management and organisational skills to deliver campaign activity on time and to budget.
  • Project managing and analysing digital campaigns (banners, SEO, PPC, CRM, analytics, content management and social media) with the objective of brand building to support sales.
  • Working with external creative agencies to deliver marketing, communication and POS materials.
  • Ability to demonstrate cross-functional collaboration with other department functions and agency management.
  • Commercially astute marketer with the ability to demonstrate structured analysis, reporting and ROI on activity.
