CMA Recruitment Group is delighted to be partnering with a growing hospitality business to recruit a Credit Controller on a fixed term contract basis.Within this role, the successful candidate will be reporting into senior management and you will be responsible for all credit control activity within this vibrant business.What will the role involve?
  • Ensuring monies into the business are received within set payment terms;
  • Chasing due payments via telephone maintaining a professional approach and continuing to build valuable customer relationships;
  • Credit checking new accounts and uploading on their bespoke systems and maintaining their accounts database;
  • Building relationships with key customers and having a business partnering approach;
  • Weekly and monthly reporting on the debtor book.
Suitable Candidate
  • Proven background in debt management and credit control;
  • Have experience in a business to business and business to business consumer over the phone and via email;
  • A professional manner who can handle sensitive and escalated situations, resolving issues in a mature manner;
  • Experience working in a high volume fast paced environment.
