My client based in Burney are looking for an experienced Lead Generators to join their team. This is a really exciting opportunity to join this fast-growing organisation.
If you are someone who feels they can make their mark within a telesales environment and grow with the company, then we want to hear from you.
Your role will be to call new and existing clients, introduce them to their organisation and offer them our award-winning services and solutions by arranging appointments for our business development team. The ideal candidate will have some inside sales or telesales experience and may have worked for a technology company previously.

The Role Will Involve
  • Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service
  • Answer questions about products or the company
  • Ask questions to understand customer requirements and create appointments
  • Direct prospects to the business development team when needed
  • Enter and update customer information in the database
  • Take and process orders in an accurate manner
  • Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information
Essential Qualities For The Role
  • Evidence of successfully meeting targets and KPI’s
  • Great communication skills
  • Self-motivating personality
  • Show an interest in communications technology
  • Enjoy being part of a team but still have the drive to work on your own initiative
  • Ability to listen and present the company in a professional manner
  • Self-motivated, confident with a warm friendly personality
  • Telecom’s experience preferred but not essential as full product training will be provided
The successful candidate will be offered a base salary of £18,000 with a supporting bonus.
In return they will offer you a competitive basic salary with additional Bonus scheme in a spacious modern Covid-19 friendly office.
37.5 hours a week - Monday to Friday - No weekends
