Job Summary

A rare opportunity for a creatively driven and proactive media salesperson to help with the growing demand for our print and digital products. Based at the Northern Life office in Colne, Loop publishes award-winning magazines such as Northern Life, Family, Colne Life and Craven & Valley Life, and due to further expansion, we now require a new person to join the team.

We are looking for a strong track record of sales success and an enthusiastic, knowledgeable and genuine person with a passion for all things media!

You must be hard-working, creative, enthusiastic, and ambitious, with drive to achieve an excellent salary and bonus structure.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Research potential and existing client needs and explain the benefits of advertising within our range of magazines, online and digital publications.
  • To maximise sales and achieve target
  • Offer excellent customer service
  • Manage existing clients and identify opportunities to upsell

Qualifications and Skills

  • Experience within the industry is an advantage, but not essential as training will be given
  • A solid understanding of Excel, Word and digital/social media
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Must have strong organisational skills and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment

Is becoming a telesales executive for you?

The job requires someone who is target-driven, enthusiastic and creative. You will be expected to cold call alongside dealing with regular clients. Due to the multitude of deadlines, you need to be extremely organised and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours

  • Mon-Fri– Up to 35 hours per week between the hours 9am – 5pm
  • Part-time/job share opportunities may be available for the right candidate.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Salary: From £21,280.00 per year

Expected hours: No more than 37 per week
