We are currently seeking aTelemarketerto join a growing, family-run SME. Your role as a Telemarketer is to research and find new potential partners. You will be also responsible for building relationships by email, phone, social media (LinkedIn) and taking it through to a live opportunity and either booking a F2F meeting for one of the Business development managers or closing the first order yourself.

Key duties and responsibilities...
  • Lead GenerationTaking leads that are already in the CRM system and leads that come from the digital marketing campaigns, qualify them, warm up the enquiry and take it through to either a F2F meeting for one of the Business Development Manager or closing the first order yourself.
  • Booking customer meetings.You will be shared into the Business development managers calendars so that you can see when they are available to meet with prospects.
  • Closing orders,certain prospects/ opportunities should be closed using quotations and directing customers to the website.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as telemarketer or similar sales/customer service role - desirable but not essential
  • Working knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Skilled in negotiation
  • Persistent and results-oriented
  • Patient
  • Self-motivated
Benefits
  • £25,000-£30,000
  • Plus bonus OTE 10%
  • Monday to Friday 8am-5pm
