Northern Telecom is a growing business to business telecoms firm based in Churwell, Leeds and with customers across the UK. We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to provide support to our small business customers.
Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service by answering incoming calls and assisting customers with inquiries, requests, and complaints
- Conduct data entry and maintain accurate customer records in the system
- Raise tickets to Accounts or Technical Support as required
- Cross sell, upsell and renew customer contracts as required
Skills:
- Excellent data entry skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- An understanding of broadband/mobile and fixed telephone systems is preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to analyze customer inquiries and provide appropriate responses or resolutions
- Knowledge of phone etiquette and the ability to handle challenging customer situations with empathy and professionalism
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £14,605.50-£27,543.27 per year
