As a Telecommunications Engineer with Yo you will receive a competitive basic salary of up to £24,000 per annum depending on experience. The successful Telecommunications Engineer will be responsible for:

• Surveying site issues and discussing the resolution of faults with clients

• Terminating and installing Cat 5E/6

• Installing programming and commissioning IP/VOIP telephone systems

• Planning and co-ordinating the installation of telecom associated equipment such as routers and switches

• Training customers on the use of systems

• Maintaining and troubleshooting system faults as required on customer sites

• Providing 1st line support

• Delivering exceptional customer service

• Providing reports on work completed

• Liaising with and updating other departments within the company

The successful Telecommunications Engineer will have the following skills and experience:

• Experience in field installation/maintenance of Hosted Telephony solutions is essential

• A flexible approach to the working day

• An understanding of moves and changes from Traditional to Hosted Systems

• An awesome personality, this is everything for us!

• Great communication skills and attention to detail
