Our client is a software company providing an enterprise level software into a niche sector. A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the business as a Technical Support Manager working closely with the CEO and learning and supporting across various areas of the business.This role would suit either a graduate with a strong interest and ability in the technology sector or someone experienced in a technical role looking to develop their career. You will be confident and highly personable as there will be a good deal of customer interaction both over the phone and face to face.Salary is depending on experience between £25,000 - £30,000, full-time Monday to Friday 38.5 hours per week, plus excellent benefits, and a discretionary bonus.Responsibilities include -Supporting customers with issues raised on the helpdesk and seeing through to resolution.Business analysis, understanding new customers requirements.Working closely with the CEO and development team in the set up and configuration.Carrying out user acceptance testing and reporting any anomalies to the development team.Generation of training materials and carrying out training with the customer.Full training will be given on all aspects of the software, but it is essential you are technically competent and a software system focused individual.We are looking for a bright, enthusiastic individual with an entrepreneurial mindset, this role presents excellent opportunity for growth.If this sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you.
