Sales Administrator / Account Manager

Based in Thirsk, salary circa £20,000

This role is available for an immediate start as it is 17-month contract to cover maternity leave. Full time, Monday – Thursday 8.00 – 17.00, Friday 8.00 – 13.00.

Working in our client’s vibrant team you will be responsible for dealing with existing customers, building relationships, and maximising all opportunities within the customer accounts. You will be processing details quotes and orders so excellent attention to detail is a must. We are looking for driven candidates with strong customer service and communication skills.

It is beneficial to have worked in a similar role, but full training will be given.

Key responsibilities include: –
Dealing with enquiries over the phone, web and emails Discussing customer requirements and building relationships Taking and processing sales orders and managing to delivery Updating the CRM system Dealing with any queries on the account Attending sales meeting and reporting on accounts
Skills required: -
Excellent communications skills Confident phone manner with strong relationship building skills Able to work on your own initiative IT literate
