Technical Support Engineer (Solar PV) You can be based in or near any of the following: Birmingham, Coventry, Leicester, Tamworth, Nuneaton, Rugby Office based £30,000 - £40,000 + Training + Holiday + Pension Are you looking to gain technical knowledge within the renewable energy sector for a leading global manufacturer? Are you from an electrical background, looking for a position off the tools working with solar inverters and battery storage technology? You will be supporting the UK subsidiary of an International manufacturer of Solar inverters and battery storage technology. They’re looking to further grow their UK presence, through UK based workforce growth, with progression and training highly encouraged. In this role you will be providing technical support to engineers installing inverters and battery technology for domestic projects as well as customer support once installed. You will gain technology specific training. For candidates with an electrical background there is opportunities to attend sites to torubleshoot their products, providing a good balance of off the tools and on the tools work. The ideal candidate will have an electrical background along with electrical qualifications and have an understanding of solar systems. They will be looking for a role off the tools using their advanced experience to support engineers on site. This is a brilliant opportunity to provide strong support to the expanding renewable energy sector. The Role: Technical support for renewable energy installations.
