Time and Workforce Management (TWFM) is a recently established programme to equip all P&G manufacturing sites globally with an industry leading time & attendance (T&A) and workforce scheduling solution. The Europe Service Team will eventually be responsible for supporting 30+ locations across the region. This will be a gradual ramp up over the next 18 months as the solution is deployed to sites on a rolling basis. Our strategy is to build as much technical capability as possible in house to enable us to directly support and configure the solution, minimising the reliance on external vendors.

Responsibilities of the Role:

  • As a Technical Support & Configuration Specialist in the Europe Service Team you would be involved in:
  • Technical configuration of the solution in proprietary language:
  • Requirements gathering to fully understand the change or incident
  • Implementation of configuration changes in the solution
  • Testing of the new configuration in collaboration with the key contacts in the manufacturing sites
  • Referencing and updating requirements documentation in an online repository
  • Following robust change management processes
  • Supporting Operations Managers with:
  • Change Management
  • Incident Management
  • Working collaboratively with colleagues both in Newcastle and around the globe to continuously improve our configuration skills and change management processes. This is still a new service and so there are many areas which need attention and definition.


What You Will Gain:

  • You will become formally trained and externally certified to an in-depth level in the TWFM solution providing you a comprehensive understanding of how the technology works.
  • Exposure to management of IT Operations and experience of running IT Operations for a multinational company.
  • Understanding of how T&A and Payroll is executed in a complex multinational company.

Qualifications
Experience Required:
  • Understanding of JavaScript and SQL; the proprietary language has its foundation in these languages and it will be necessary to pass an exam using before access to the solution is granted.
  • IT Operation experience is beneficial.
