This is an excellent opportunity for an individual with strong technical background and a passion for applying science to real-world cases to prove their capabilities. The main focus will be on biotechnology innovation and will involve a blend of fundamental mechanistic understanding, molecular discovery and application testing.
As a full member of the team, you will have ownership for your projects, driving independent experimental design. You will have the opportunity to present your work to Senior Management and work within professional and entrepreneurial multi-functional teams in one of the company’s major business categories. Based on your proven capability to produce outstanding results, the level of responsibility will increase.

Qualifications
Requirements (skills / experiences) for the role:
A PhD in a scientific discipline, preferably with experience in microbiology, biochemistry or synthetic biology.- Academic excellence at all stages throughout school and University education with a passion for research and innovation.
- Technical curiosity, creativity, innovation, initiative, communication, leadership and your collaboration skills.
- Evidence of passion and achievements, particularly leadership, in academic and/or non- academic activities, short work experience or internships are a plus.
