Technical Support Analyst (12 months fixed term position)

We are delighted to offer an exciting opportunity for a professional and experienced Technical Support Analyst to join our friendly IT team.

The successful candidate will be joining a team of four and will be responsible for providing 1st/2nd line support and completing technical and admin tasks for IT projects when required. You will need to be able to prioritise, coordinate and resolve technical tasks along-side dealing with support queries.

To succeed in this role, you will need to have excellent customer service skills, be approachable and have an aptitude for learning new IT skills. You will also be a logical problem solver and have a flexible approach to your workload.

The spot salary for this role is £31,664 per annum, this would apply to fully qualified and experienced candidates. Applications from candidates meeting most of the requirements will be considered but if appointed may be appointed 10% below spot salary with a development plan.
