Property Asset Manager (18 months fixed term position)

As a result of an internal promotion we are recruiting a Property Asset Manager to manage our asset system and our capital investment programme, identifying and programming the works for our component replacements.

Highly organised with great attention to detail you will be someone that has worked in a similar role and have previous asset experience.

You will be responsible for ensuring that all West Kent’s homes are decent and will support and plan for our zero carbon targets. You will also be responsible for planning and ensuring completion of all our identified HHSRS works. Knowledge of the relevant legislation around these areas is essential.

We are looking for someone who is skilled in interrogating systems and ensuring that our data is of the highest quality, challenging incorrect information and extracting information to formulate capital investment programmes.

You will be highly organised and have outstanding technical skills, you will work closely with colleagues at all levels internally and with our contractors so an ability to build good working relationships and be able to present information in an easy to understand way is essential.
