The Technical Support Administrator is responsible for the maintenance of the Quality Management System as per ISO Standard..The role is biased towards in house controls and continuous improvements but management of supplier non-conformances is key. The role supports the Quality Mnanger with data collection and reporting to enable the collatipn of Management reports. Monitoring the health of the QMS.
