Technical service manager

A Technical service manager is being sought out by a leading Managed service provider that is keen on bringing in a technical service manager to manage a busy service desk.

The ideal technical service manager will have strong technical knowledge of the 3rd line level and great experience managing teams. You will also provide solution design and project management services to customers.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Strong knowledge of Windows Server
  • in-depth understanding of Vmware/ Hyper-V
  • Technical documentation experience
  • Knowledge of Configuration of Watchguard and Sophos
  • WLAN, WAN & LAN experience
