As with all food manufacturing facilities, the Factory Technical Manager is an important link across multiple functions. After successfully delivering in this role your coverage of products, customers and challenge will be hard to beat. What you need to have in our background already: Technical management experience in chilled food manufacturing. Detailed understanding of retail audit compliance and BRC. Strong track record in food safety and compliance. Solid experience in manufacturing and communicating in busy environments where reprioritising comes as second nature. Confident in ensuring high standards are met by everyone in the factory, able to discuss and manage face to face discussions in a positive and clear way. Being proactive so you are planning ahead but also able to react when needed. Always striving for the highest standards and embedding the principle of ‘always audit ready’ in every area of your role.
