Technical Lead (Java ForgeRock Identity IAM). Would you like to utilise your Technical Lead skills within a growing FinTech that works with a number of well-known global companies?

As a Technical Lead you will focus on team management, coaching and people development whilst also improving the resilience and performance of the company’s identity platform. You’ll need to understand the technical details, prioritise tasks for the team, manage Jira and run Agile ceremonies

This role can be fully remote as long as you are able to commute to the London based office 1 day a week. When you’re in the office you can enjoy a great team environment with spacious dining area with breakfast, snacks and drinks as well as games rooms and quiet spaces.

Requirements:
  • Development background with very good knowledge of Java
  • Ideally you have experience with ForgeRock including OpenAM, OpenDJ, and OpenCTS
  • Engineering management background with experience of mentoring and leading technical teams
  • You have experience with RESTful APIs
  • You have a good working knowledge of SQL databases e.g. CockroachDB, MySQL, PostgreSQL
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
