Technical Administrator - Maternity Cover

Salary: £9.50 per hour DOE
Location: Split across Elland & Brighouse, West Yorkshire
Hours: 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Thursday, 08:00 - 11:45 Friday.

Temporary Role for up to 12 months. Maternity Cover.

This is a great opportunity for a candidate to get some secure and stable work within the next 12 months. It could turn into a permanent role if the role is carried out effectively. Covering the Administrator role will involve supporting the business across 2 sites, 1 day based in Brighouse and 4 days based in Elland. The company are supportive and engaging with their employees, making it an enjoyable workplace.

The role will involve working closely with Admin and Transport Manager, supporting different tasks where required.

The Duties of the Technical Administrator

  • Answering calls and dealing with customer queries.
  • Producing job cards.
  • Organising and delegating works orders.
  • Writing up delivery notes.
  • Processing invoices.
  • General Adhoc Admin duties.
The Requirements of the Technical Administrator

  • Ability to multi-task effectively.
  • Use of MS Office Packages are necessary.
  • Previous Admin experience essential.
  • Positive Mental Attitude.
