An exciting position has arisen within our Guest Services Team. Here at Butlin"s we believe that our guests" first two hours are essential to their holiday experience and we are looking to recruit part-time team members who can work flexible hours up to 16 hours per week to help us to give our guests the best possible start and end to their holiday.

Working hours:covering 16 hours per week,a variety of shifts available between the hours of 11am - 11pm on both Mondays and Fridays. This role pays £9.50 per hour

The Purpose Of The Role
  • Giving directions to parking areas & accommodation as guests arrive
  • Ensuring their first impression of our team and resort is both enjoyable & informative
  • Provide information and help to ensure customer needs are met.
  • It will be possible that you are required to work in inclement weather conditions from time to time. Suitable appropriate clothing will be provided as part of the uniform.
