Team Leader - Torrent Trackside

About the Role

You will be working alongside the Hire desk Manager and your main responsibility will be to ensure the correct processing of all our customer hires and queries from beginning to end.

You will be competent in all aspects of team line management responsibilities, and have the ability to drive performance with a dedicated focus on quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Line manager responsibility of up to 8 people
• Management of end to end customer hires and accounts
• Look to Drive performance, quality and efficiencies through Business information reporting
• Develop good working relationships with operational and Sales team
• Deliver results against KPIs and departmental targets

What we’re looking for

• Previous team management experience essential
• Be an authentic manager, able to gain trust quickly
• Ability to develop technical skills to support the team
• Ability to analyse data, trouble shoot and identify solutions
• Confident using software including Microsoft packages; excel knowledge is key
• Be adaptable and Flexible in your approach to change
• Be courageous and confident in all that you do
• Display effective leadership behaviours
• Have the ability to cope under pressure and lead effectively in reactive situations
• Excellent communication skills through different channels- Verbal, Email, face to face
