We don’t pay too badly either – you’ll get a salary of £12.28 per hour.

With 28 days holiday including bank holidays (pro-rata for part time), you’ll have plenty of time to take advantage of all the hotel discounts!

What will make you a great Team Leader?

Have you supervised and led a team within a customer service environment before? Fantastic, this will be of great use when nurturing, coaching and developing others to great success!

Responsibility for making sure Team Members are in the right place at the right time will be yours, so you’ll need to be a natural born leader.

Providing a warm ‘Atlas welcome’ to both guests and new employees will be at the heart of what you do. You will use your excellent customer service skills to give guests an experience that they’re sure to remember – for all the right reasons of course!

Gaining the trust of those around you, being open, honest and respectful at all times is a really big deal here at Atlas.

Being organised, logical and not afraid to dive deep into a tricky situation will be the recipe for success in this challenging but rewarding role.

Your effective communication with your team and the ability to understand HR procedures and undertake job check-ins will also benefit you massively. Having these skills will put you one step further to joining our family!
