Team Leader/Senior Sourcing Specialist responsibilities:

  • Point of contact for Local J&J stakeholders for program governance and performance
  • Manages day to day operations and accuracy/timeliness of data capture for reporting
  • Monitoring service delivery ensuring adherence to SMMP processes and J&J policies
  • Hiring and identification of staff; training; employee on-boarding
  • Manage weekly/bi-weekly meetings with the Client (including agendas, minutes, action to follow)
  • Maintain and lead action to address, maintain the local issue Log
  • With local Cvent Superuser – manage updates, issue resolution and training for all Cvent functionality - MRF / Budget / RFP / Online registration / Reporting / TOV
  • Prepare and lead Strategic Quarterly Business Review (QBR)
  • Prepare and lead Annual Strategic Business Review
  • Manage SLA, targets and results
  • Monitor Client Satisfaction Survey (NPS) results and manage corrective action if necessary
  • Lead internal and external education of local venues, industry trends and best practices
  • Monitoring and planning of resources and capacity, initiate and participate in headcount review
  • Lead employees on-boarding, training & refresher for team on SOP’s, Compliance, Cost Savings
  • Venue Sourcing using J&J Preferred Venue Program when it is possible negotiation and contracting
  • Logistics and Budget Management - Pre & Post event
  • Venue Proposal Creation and Presentation
  • Venue Liaison
  • Negotiate with venue the best rates and terms and conditions for J&J
  • Contract Negotiation and Finalization
  • Commission Negotiation
  • Budget management
  • Cvent Data Management and document Management
