Team Leader (Production/Assembly line)

Milton Keynes

£32,500 plus overtime and bonuses

Are you a passionate Team Leader, looking for an exciting new role?

Coulter Elite Resourcing are currently looking for a Team Leader to work with one of their well-established and very successful clients based in Milton Keynes working as part of their Engineering and Assembly team

These are hands-on universal roles, flexible to supervise and control, either a Production Line or a Stores / Logistics warehouse (area), within the overall production and logistics function teams. Provide leadership and support to the team and drive targets to meet output KPI’s.

Principle Responsibilities for the Line Leader :-

  • Efficient organisation and control of staff. Regular and structured communication with teams, through daily team shift start-up meetings and Stakeholder meetings held and chaired to set agenda.
  • Comply with all ISO standards.
  • Maintain a high standard of housekeeping.
  • Compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Ensuring right first-time / no-fault forwards.
  • Control and attainment of Production / Logistics targets.
  • Proactively support continuous improvement and lean manufacturing principles.
  • Performance Management of team.
  • Ensuring all related company procedures are audited and complied with.
  • People development through training and coaching
  • Driven, can-do attitude

This is a full time permanent Line Leader position, Working Monday to Friday 8am-4:30pm, offering an annual salary of £32,500 plus Overtime plus production bonuses annual company benefits to include a 25 days holiday plus 8 bank holidays, pension scheme, discount scheme on all company products and free car parking.
