Due to an internal transformation I am now looking for an experienced Team Leader to come and manage a team of First Line Analyst within the Digital Function. This is a permanent role, hybrid working 50/50 split between office & home.

The service desk provides first line support to Saint – Gobain Buildings and Distribution’s growing e-commerce platform and other customer facing services. The role will involve managing a team of support analysts providing customer facing technical support to a growing number of services. You will provide day to day management of the team along with dealing with internal and external escalations, production of service reports and MI as well as working with multiple teams on providing improvements to the customer journey.

What you need to be successful

In order to be successful in this role you will already have proven experience of managing a team, either within an IT/Digital Service Desk environment or a Call Centre Customer facing environment. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to develop stakeholder relationships.

You will have experience of carrying out 121’s, coaching & mentoring, recommending improvement plans as well as experience of reporting and documentation. An aptitude for IT/Digital and a desire to learn. You will be competent in use of MS Office applications and ITIL Foundation qualified will be great!
