We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Team Administrator. You will need to be an excellent communicator, able to work under pressure and committed to using your skills to deliver the best possible service. You will need to work well individually, as part of a team and be able to work flexibly, contributing to the ongoing improvement and development of the Psychiatric Liaison Service. This is an exciting opportunity to be working in a Psychiatric Liaison Accredited Network service.

You will be required to undertake general administration duties, including answering the phone, typing, filing, dealing with incoming and outgoing mail, arranging appointments, scanning, note taking in meetings and generally assisting in the co-ordination of the smooth running of the office as a whole under the guidance of our senior administrator. Knowledge of the hospital data recording systems will be beneficial.
