LTF Recruitment are delighted to be offering an incredibly exciting opportunity to work at one of our partner specialist schools in South Birmingham, Bromsgrove (B61) for pupils with special educational needs. The school provide a tailored curriculum designed to prepare pupils for life after education. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working in education.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the social, emotional, and mental health needs of students.
  • Provide support for students in the class, helping them with their academic studies.
  • Have the ability to keep calm in high pressure situations.
  • Be comfortable dealing with challenging behaviour.
  • Be a reliable, friendly face to both the children and staff.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Recent experience working in Education.
  • Has an outgoing, nurturing personality.
  • Willingness to support SEN learners.
  • Confident in dealing with challanging behaviour.
