We are looking for an enthusiastic, highly motivated and caring Teaching Assistant to join our skilled team at St George’s.

Salary details::Bucks Pay Range 1B.6, £17,383 pro rata, per annum. Actual salary (£10,697).

Contract type::Permanent

Hours:Monday to Friday 8.45am – 12.00am and 1.00pm -3.15pm

About the role

Your duties will include:

  • To support children within the class, including individual and small group interventions, play and lunchtime supervision.
  • To support teachers
  • To promote the good behaviour and positive play of all children in school
  • To promote links with families and support as necessary
  • To follow school policies

About you

If you possess the following :

  • An enthusiastic commitment to the children and the school
  • A positive approach with patience and understanding
  • A dedication to raising attainment and progress of pupils with whom they work
  • Flair, imagination, creativity, flexibility and an ability to work effectively as part of a team
  • Experience of supporting young children in an educational setting
