Located in London, Ontario, the Acceleration Centre (AC) is all about maximizing value, unlocking opportunities and creating a great experience for our people and clients.   • The London AC services all Canadian time zones, therefore extended business hours and overtime may be required during peak periods.
What You’ll Create and Do

As an Engagement Support Specialist, you’ll work as part of a team of problem solvers, helping to solve complex business issues from strategy to execution. PwC Professional skills and responsibilities for this management level include but are not limited to:
  • Act as the first point of contact for clients during Canadian and US tax compliance season, fronting client queries via email and phone
  • Schedule consultations with tax staff across PwC offices
  • Triage incoming emails and phone calls from clients; utilize knowledge from training and provided templates to respond to inquiries
  • Escalate inquiries up to the PwC local office team as required
  • Run reports on the status of services offered to the client, ensure service level agreements are met, monitor and send reminders as required
  • Connect with government agencies and/or foreign offices (ie: coordinate with foreign offices to obtain copies of foreign tax returns for foreign tax credit purposes, CRA, etc.)
  • Supporting other AC team members with administrative functions such as generating reports, scanning and photocopying of additional documents, mailing and couriering documents to clients and tax authorities

  • A demonstrated commitment to valuing differences and working alongside diverse people and perspectives
  • Experience in customer service
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate and manage expectations with clients
  • A strong grasp of technology, including MS office and Google Suite of products
  • Demonstrated self-motivation and a desire to take responsibility for personal growth and development
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure without compromising professional standards or quality of work
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English is required.
