Working for a global FMCG company we are looking for 2 experienced Talent Sourcers to join the team ASAP for an initial 3 month contract. This role is working 100% remotely so you can be based anywhere in the UK.




The Talent Sourcer position is working with a high volume of roles – typically 30+ live roles at any one time and these will be across multiple business functions – Finance, Marketing, HR, Administration, Technical etc.




Duties will include:-
  • Join briefing calls with Talent Advisors and the Hiring Manager to gain a brief on the role
  • You will proactively search for candidates aligned to these requirements utilising our internal talent pools, LinkedIn and various other methods
  • You will proactively contact and screen candidates to determine their suitability for positions, providing a great candidate experience and advising them on the recruitment process and next steps
  • Manage the candidate experience; ensure candidates have a positive experience throughout the recruitment process and chase managers and Talent Advisors for feedback
  • Work to KPI’s for diversity of candidates


Skills and experience required:-
  • You are experienced in recruitment and have a proven track record in sourcing
  • You must have active experience within a Sourcer/Resourcer/Researcher role
  • You are experienced in interviewing and assessing candidates suitability against specific role requirements
  • You must be used to working with a high volume of roles
  • Be familiar with Linked In
  • Comfortable working within a changeable environment – priorities might change at last minute so be able to cope with this
  • Experience being on calls with hiring managers and being comfortable leading the call in the absence of the Talent Advisor
