The Role

To provide administrative support and co-ordination of activities for our Talent Attraction team. Extend support as required to our broader HR function from time to time as the business needs.

What will you do on a normal day?

Talent Attraction
  • Ensure a smooth candidate experience from application to acceptance.
  • Ensure all coordination of applications happens smoothly from applying, interviewing and feedback
  • Support the broader Talent Attraction team for recruitment campaigns and activities as required.
  • Support for volume assessment centres across different locations as required including recruitment and career days
  • Schedule interviews, collect all relevant paperwork for hires, deliver feedback to rejected candidates and handle admin of all ATR’s in eArcu.
  • Handle all volume recruitment and guide those parts of the business through the process.
  • Ensure communication is open and work collaboratively with the business areas to deliver hires within recruitment SLA’s.
  • Proactively seek feedback on our new starter and candidate experience to deliver improvements
Broader Team
  • Ensure that we gather data from systems in a timely manner for reporting to business
  • Update as required our communication pages
  • As functional projects emerge, support and partner to provide input for our team
What are we looking for?
  • Excellent numeracy, literacy, administration skills
  • Excellent written/verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working either in-house or in agency recruitment team
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy
  • Takes initiative to seek out process and customer experience improvements
  • Self-starter in managing and prioritising work
  • Excellent customer service skills and manner
  • Experience of data bases and excel specifically
  • Team player with a collaborative approach
