What does a Talent Partner do at Hogarth?

Reporting to the Global Recruitment Manager, you will be required to lead the regional hubs and their recruitment activities to ensure successful deliverables are met in line what internal and client expectations.

You will be responsible for full-cycle talent acquisition, requiring you to drive strategic and tactical initiatives around effective candidate delivery to the business, including candidate generation and pipeline development.

Must be able to strategically work with business leaders and regional Human Resources on developing resources to support business needs.

Manage the sourcing & qualification of talent across various markets for all hires

Drive direct recruitment and not rely solely on recruitment agencies and ad-response

Constantly creating and streamlining workflow structures and processes to facilitate effective recruitment workflow management

Develop a robust pipeline of candidates by forming talent communities within our ATS/ CRM tool and managing communications within those communities

Aligning and mapping new ways of working ensuring that you are sharing best practices

Work closely with the in-country GADs to ensure all nuances of the market are considered in the recruitment process

Build strong relationships with the hiring managers to ensure you have a depth of understanding about the roles and can make suggestions and recommendations on recruitment strategies and approach if you are struggling to fill a role

Phone screen & qualify potential candidates based on the goals and needs of the business

Show analytical results and help forecast/plan talent campaigns

Represent the talent acquisition team positively & strategically in relationships and communication and demonstrate the core values in all actions and communication

Reporting lines and key stakeholders:
This role reports to the Global Recruitment Manager

Requirements:
A background in recruitment (agency/inhouse) ideally advertising/media/digital/tech/production

Best practice recruitment expertise with solid knowledge of the latest sourcing/research tools, and tips/tricks of the trade, legal regulations and market trends

Ability to multitask and produce high volume pipelines under tight deadlines

Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, dealing with a high volume of CV’s, roles and candidate correspondence

Self-starter and solutions orientated individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills to cold or warm call potential candidates

Ability to meet deadlines and commitments, as well as drive towards a "best in class" candidate experience

Adept face-to-face interviewer, preferably experienced at competency & behavioural based interviewing

High energy as the environment is fast paced
