What we’re looking for:
A proactive, organized and confident individual who will be a SPOC for client Global Brand Managers to support and execute their marketing content plans and produce their campaigns at both global and local level using a new modular content framework

What you’ll do:
SPOC for global content & production for TA brands

Coordinate the production of global content for global brands/TAs within a new modular content model (Management and coordination of content production)

Execute governing best-practice global content processes with strategic oversight from Content Intelligence Team (CIT)

Work with Content Intelligence Team to ensure briefs are optimised based on insights from performance metrics

Consultative partner for brand mangers

thinks modular content first and provides strong guidance to product managers/creative agency to drive content transformation in the new way of working

Proactively leverages the modular content framework to meet brand manager needs

Work closely with BCT & creative agencies to deliver content plan

Provides guidance to the creative agency to drive modular content transformation

Provides guidance for the development of components aligned with key branding elements

Coordinate between Project/ Efficiency Team, CIT, global client/s and global agencies

Report and respond to information requests from the Global Brand Management Team

Strive to foster trusted collaborative global brands stakeholder partnership and relationship

Work closely with internal stakeholders e.g. Print, Digital, CIT, Transcreation & Broadcast

Demonstrate clear understanding of the brand and TA requirement

Highlight and escalate quality control issues

Manage regular meetings with global marketing teams, write and distribute meeting actions

Manage agreed global brand budgets, reports and administration

Assist with financial reporting and smooth running of the finance function

Support the Hogarth Content Studio Leadership team in supplying client/brand management information and reporting

Global oversight & alignment of team and deliverables

Centralized planning, financial reporting, content demand and market uptake

Data and reporting insights from TAs, brands and markets for continuous improvement

Brands/TAs activity tracking

Coordinate Librarian requirements for Tas

What you’ll have:
Experience of working in a digital/content production role essential

Understanding of digital content strategy

Strong Project Management skills

Production experience across channels

Understanding of global content creation and country localization process

High level of IT literacy, including usage of spreadsheets

Strong numeracy skills

Prioritisation, time management and attention to detail

Resilience and ability to work under pressure

Fluent oral and written English essential and other language/s desirable (language will vary depending on the role and location)

Strong interpersonal skills

Highly organised, detail oriented, customer focused, proactive and possess excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of international brand challenges

Experience managing and servicing international and global accounts with multiple stakeholders desirable.
