Nagel Langdonshas an exciting opportunity for aTalent Development and Engagement Managerto join our team basedinBridgwater.You will be working on a fulltime, permanent basis Monday – Friday 37.5 hours per week and in return receive a highly competitive salary of£46,000 per annum.

TheTalent Development and Engagement Manager role:

Your role will be to implement the company’s learning, development and engagement strategy. You will ensure that our current and future leaders have the necessary knowledge, experience and skill to embed change, develop their teams and optimise service delivery.

What you’ll be doing as our Talent Development and Engagement Manager:

  • Consult with all levels of management to ensure all staff are appropriately trained and supported.
  • Design and implement high impact and cost-effective training and development solutions including the use of e-learning.
  • Lead and manage company-wide Learning & Development and Compliance and Colleague Representative teams.
  • Oversee the recruitment, induction and ongoing supervision of apprentices, ensuring external training provided and on-the-job learning is high quality and individuals are supported and progressing accordingly.
  • Manage the company wide Litmos Learning Management System
  • Manage the Compliance Team through the Compliance Team Leader.
  • Manage the Learning & Development Team through the Learning & Development Team Leader.

What qualifications and experience are we looking for in our Talent Development and Engagement Manager?

  • CIPD or equivalent qualified, with a focus on Organisational Development and Learning
  • Extensive experience in delivering a range of effective learning and development solutions
  • Proven experience in a people development and/or coaching role
  • Proven experience of design and delivering leadership training programmes
  • Experience in managing a Learning Management System and a Learning & Development Team
  • Experience in managing apprenticeships would be an advantage
  • Experience with tachograph and compliance issues would be an advantage
